 Go to the QTY Tab and Put the QTY.

How to use substitute Item on sales order ?

*   Substitute: One item is a substitute for another.

*   Indicate whether the relationship is Reciprocal.

*   A substitute relationship is reciprocal if you can use the from item as a     substitute for the to item and vice versa.

*   Save your work.

Prerequisite for

OM: Enable Related Items and Manual Substitutions

OM: Automatically Open Related Items Window

OM: View Pricing & Availability Information in Related Items

Attention: If you receive a substitute item, you must have previously defined a unit of measure conversion between the unit of measure on the purchase order and the unit of measure on the receipt.

Suggestion: To receive a substitute item correctly, you should ensure that the ordered item and the substitute item share the same base unit of measure.

Create Substitute Items 

Both Item Price Defined 12500

 Add item if it is using item relationships then color get changed now add the qty in qty field and click on tab

 Now one related item window popup and show u too substitute item number 2.

 Now base item changed on to the sales order.

 Now select 2^nd item as a base on the sales order in second line and system suggest first item as a substitute item.

Without booked you can change item vice versa   within item relationships.
